I love Tangled and I've been wanting to do this for ages! haha So here she is! I hope she looks darling in my style, instead of weird like I think she does. "Wait, why is her dress/skirt so short?" 'Cause I like to show some skin! She's young and that just suited her better to me! lol Really, I just wanted to make my own design, and show the flow of her hair, and the long skirt would've blocked some of it. >w< Excuses. 
A little lighting practice here too! Tell me what I could improve on if you have time! I'd love the help! 
This took awhile, but not so long that I got tired of it... Is the bg okay? I think I might update it eventually...
